The director of the Financial Police Administration, Arafat Muaremi, announced on Wednesday that he will file a criminal complaint against the prosecutors Vilma Ruskovska, Ivana Trajcheva and Elizabeta Josifovska. Muaremi accused that they abused their position and by presenting false data to the court, secured a search warrant at the Administration.
“We knew at the start that it was a bluff, abuse of office, presentation of false data, lack of grounds to request a search warrant. This was also proven by the supervision of the State Public Prosecutor: “Before the Court, they gave false information that the Public Prosecutor’s Office has grounds to suspect that a crime has been committed, while in the files of the case there is only an anonymous criminal report,” says Muaremi, quoting part of the findings of the PPO.
