Mickoski: The government does not have support in Parliament for constitutional changes, nor do these political fraudsters deserve it

I’m somehow unlucky when it comes to COVID-19, two years ago and now I’m again infected with the virus and it’s hindering me in my work. But I am sure and believe that the number of councilors from the ranks of VMRO-DPMNE in Tetovo will increase, and Dr. Mevmed Xhaferi will be the new mayor of Mavrovo and Rostushe, despite the numerous irregularities of the government that come to me as information from the field, the leader VMRO-DPMNE Hristijan Mickoski said on Wednesday, adding that he yet again tested positive for COVID-19.

The opposition leader says that in the past few days he offered the government a way out of the impasse they have led the country to.

“I offered at the first parliamentary session to put, on the proposal of the government, an item on the agenda that would start the process for changes in the Constitution and if the Government led by DUI and SDSM provides the support of 80 MPs, then I am ready to permanently leave politics (a situation that I am sure of) that it will please the corrupt and treacherous government, the criminals and the installations of the government today, as well as those of the past), otherwise let’s hold snap parliamentary elections. What is the truth? The government is not interested in European heights or European values, but exclusively in personal privileges, corruption and a lot of stolen public money through private tenders. Neither do they have support in the parliament for constitutional changes, nor do these political fraudsters deserve it. Hence, the issue of constitutional amendments for VMRO-DPMNE is closed,” Mickoski pointed out.
