Defeats and humiliations are everyday with the SDSM government. SDSM signed aTreaty with Bulgaria in 2017 that allowed history to enter as a criterion for good neighborliness. Then the SDSM government allowed the creation of a Commission for Historical Issues, which should retouch the Macedonian textbooks about historical figures and events in the Bulgarian language. As a continuation of all this was the acceptance of the Negotiating Framework, and then the signing of the Protocol, through whichSDSM accepted the historical topics to become a prerequisite for the European integration for Macedonia, informs VMRO-DPMNE on Friday.
The party says that the result of all these humiliations in a row are the decisions of the Commission which satisfies Bulgaria’s demands, ie the acceptance of a Bulgarian narrative about Cyril and Methodius, Clement of Ohrid, Naum of Ohrid and Tsar Samoil.
