The Government is expected to make a decision on Thursday to declare a state of crisis for electricity and thermal energy, which will be effective from September 1. From the beginning of September, the measures to save electricity, which will be valid until the end of March next year, come into force.
The competent institutions assure that there will be electricity in the upcoming winter period and that restrictions are not an option if it goes according to the plan of the Electricity Industry of North Macedonia. The company, as the CEO Vasko Kovachevski has stated several times, is working at maximum capacity and all available facilities will be put into operation.
