The Government led by the anti-Macedonian SDS has impoverished the people, the consumer basket is not covered by two minimum wages, the basic products are 50% more expensive, VMRO-DPMNE stressed in a press release on Sunday.
The opposition party adds that the consumption basket is 47 thousand denars right now. The minimum salary is 18 thousand denars, two minimum salaries are not enough to get through the month.
“The price of oil has increased by 46.7%, of bread by 44.1%, of milk by 26.9%, of eggs by 26.9%, of cheese and meat by 26.9% and 22.3%. The consumption basket cannot cover even one average and one minimum wage. All this is due to inflation, which the government does not prevent with anything,” adds VMRO-DPMNE.
