The Head Public Prosecutor Ljubomir Joveski says that for the disciplinary procedure for the head of the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime and Corruption Vilma Ruskovska, certain evidence should be provided and the prosecutors covered by the procedure should testify about them.

The Commission for Disciplinary Responsibility reviewed the proposal to initiate disciplinary proceedings and, as far as I am informed, based on that proposal, it made a decision to initiate disciplinary proceedings. Furthermore, you know, certain evidence should be provided in the procedure itself and the public prosecutors for whom this procedure is conducted should be questioned, said Prosecutor Joveski, asked if there are any news regarding the disciplinary procedure for Ruskovska.
