Real estate prices in the third quarter of this year in the country increased by 21.2 percent, compared to the same quarter of last year. In the period July-September this year, compared to the previous three months, the growth of real estate prices was 4.7 percent, according to the data of the National Bank released on Thursday.
In the second quarter of 2022, apartment prices recorded an increase of 16.5 percent on an annual basis, that is, from 6.8 percent on a quarterly level, while in the first quarter there was also an annual growth of 12.4 percent, that is, 2.9 percent on a quarterly basis.
