Macedonian President Stevo Pendarovski, on the occasion of October 11, sent a congratulatory message to the citizens:
“Dear fellow citizens, today, after 81 years since the beginning of the anti-fascist struggle that brought us freedom and the Macedonian state, together with all of humanity we are facing new trials. In addition to all the health, economic, security and energy problems, we also live with a deep division in Macedonian society. Just as leftists and rightists, Macedonians and members of other nationalities, peasants, workers, guilds and wealthy people stood behind the libertarian flag, so now we need to come together and face the problems together,” Pendarovski said in his message.
