After the Easter Vesper service held in the Lesochki Monastery, on Sunday, with the Holy Divine Hierarchical Liturgy in the Tetovo Cathedral “Saints Cyril and Methodius”, the process of proclaiming the Venerable Kiril Pejchinonovikj as Saint Kiril Lesochki continued.
The head of the Macedonian Orthodox Church – Ohrid Archdiocese (MOC-OA), Archbishop Stefan, together with the bishops of the Holy Archerean Synod (SAS), presides over the service.
In front of the altar in the church, the covenant with the relics of the new saint is placed. An icon has been placed next to the covenant, in which, for the first time, an image of Kiril Lesochki is depicted as a saint, portrayed by the painter Kiril Zlatanov.
