The new heating energy supplier of the city of Skopje, ESM Heat Supply LLC Skopje, as the holder of a license issued by the Regulatory Commission for Energy, has the obligation to supply consumers with heat energy in accordance with the License, the Law on Energy and the acts carried out by the Energy Regulatory Commission.
“For the purpose of regulating the supplier’s consumer relationship with the consumers established in the Heat Energy Supply Rules, it is necessary to conclude a Heat Energy Supply Agreement,” the ESM informed on Monday.
The company added that for this purpose, the consumers in whose name the heating in the home/facility is managed, need to contact the points of the ESM Skopje, where in a short procedure a Contract with the new supplier will be attached to them for signature , to whom they will have the obligation to pay for the service.
