In PE Macedonian Forests, the government employed 480 people for the period from March 1 to December 31 of this year, and these employments were supposed to increase the productivity of the public enterprise, that is, to increase the felling of trees. The result of those employments is equal to zero. The realization of firewood cutting is 4 times less now compared to the time when VMRO-DPMNE managed the Ministry of Agriculture, said the head of the VMRO-DPMNE Commission for Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Cvetan Tripunovski on Wednesday.
Tripunovski added that these 480 employments are for work positions, fellers, delivery workers, stackers-loaders-unloaders and forest workers for which the Ministry of Finance will allocate 170,000 euros per month for salaries, that is, 1.7 million euros will be spent in 10 months.
