The acting leader of the Alliance for Albanians, Arben Taravari, in Sunday’s interview with RFE/RL, when asked if the MPs from his party will vote for the constitutional amendments, said that in a week “an interesting request will be published as a condition” which will be discussed first after the foreign embassies.
“We will vote in principle, but we will have conditions. What will be our condition is something that next week we will promote first through the most important embassies throughout Macedonia, we will say what our main condition is, and the second condition is to remove the term 20 percent from the Constitution, practically use Macedonian as official languages and Albanian. But the first condition will be very interesting”, said Taravari.
