The head of the European Commission Leyen is starting a new tour through the countries of the Western Balkans in the context of the war in Ukraine and the energy crisis from Wednesday. The purpose of this visit is to convey to the region that it is important for the European Union, announced the spokesperson Eric Mamer this afternoon.
Regarding the request of North Macedonia to receive help from the European Union for the purchase of electricity from Bulgaria through compensation at the market price, Eric Mamer stated that there is no information on this topic at this time.
