Before I propose the agenda, I want to point out something, namely that you know that in the past two sessions we noticed that someone unauthorized without the permission of the chairperson of the Council and the councilors who are the only ones who can make changes in this hall of the equipment, on the schedule of sitting and so on, the chairperson of the Council is prevented from implementing the Rules of Procedure from the point of view of enforcing order in the hall, giving and taking away if there is a need for an address, controlling the time of discussions, etc., said TrajkoSlaveski, Chair of The Council of the City of Skopje at the session on Tuesday.
Slaveski added that this was the reason for certain tensions in the past two sessions.
