Prosecutor Vilma Ruskovska, as the head of the Public Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime and Corruption, obtained unauthorized personal health data of a defendant from a private health care facility, with threats to confiscate her property, it is claimed, among other things, in the criminal report filed against her by Daniel Stanchev, a of the defendants in the “Software” case, in which the former Government Secretary General Draghi Rashkovski is the prime suspect.
“The defendant, as a public prosecutor in the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime and Corruption by using her official position and authority, by exceeding the limits of her official authority, issued an order to collect documentation in a private health facility for a medical examination and about the state of health of the injured party, even though she knew that such an order was beyond her authority as a public prosecutor in the Public Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime and Corruption, while as a basis for issuing such an order she abused an already closed investigation,” reads the criminal complaint
