The Macedonian Minister of Labor and Social Policy Jovanka Trenchevska said at a press conference on Saturday that the department mapped the most vulnerable categories of citizens in accordance with the Law on Financial Support for Vulnerable Categories of Citizens to Deal with the Energy Crisis, for which support is necessary.
In her address to the media, the minister referred to the anti-crisis measures created by the Government so far, starting with the health caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and subsequently the economic and energy measures.
“In conditions where the consequences of the world crisis are still being felt, as the Government and the line ministry, we passed the Law on financial support for vulnerable categories of citizens to deal with the energy crisis. We mapped those citizens who are currently the most vulnerable. The law foresees the financial support for several categories of vulnerable citizens”, said Trenchevska.
