The Commission for European Affairs postponed today’s session, which was supposed to discuss the Draft Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on the Protection of the Population from Infectious Diseases.

According to the draft law, in the event of an outbreak of an infectious disease, it is proposed to ban entry into facilities for persons who have not been vaccinated or who do not have a certificate of a previous illness. The Ministry of Health will also be able to prevent the spread of the infectious disease through the application of technological methods.

A new subsection is added to Article 28, which prohibits the entry into facilities of persons who are not immunized or who do not have a certificate of a previous illness.
