The former head of the secret police (DBK) Sasho Mijalkov was granted a three-day leave from the open-type prison in Struga during the New Year’s holiday. With the signature of the director of the prison, Valon Qyra, Mijalkov got an extended weekend to celebrate, A1on.mk reported on Thursday.
Mijalkov left on Thursday, December 29, and returned to Struga on January 1, that is, on Sunday, according to information from the Sanctions Enforcement Administration.
Thursday morning, he was taken from Struga prison to the Criminal Court for trial in the “Titanic 2” case. Mijalkov is serving a three-year sentence from the “Empire” case in the Struga prison.
