At a session Tuesday evening, the SDSM Executive Board discussed several current issues, the government’s economic policies, the chairmanship of the OSCE, the course of the screening process with the EU, and the possibility of expanding the government’s parliamentary majority.
SDSM’s party leader Dimitar Kovachevski informed about the talks with the leader of the Alliance regarding the program part of the possible cooperation.
The common assessment is that the Alliance supports the concept of a European Macedonia, and thus directly contribute to the realization of strategic, national and state interests for the implementation of reforms and all the necessary steps for EU membership through direct participation.
The executive board unanimously decided that the party should continue the talks with the Alliance based on political and programmatic principles,” said SDSM spokesperson Bogdanka Kuzevska.
