The “Zhan Mitrev” clinic will join the prosecution for the owner of the DokazM portal, Marjan Stamenkovski, as an injured party after the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office encouraged other potential victims of such crimes to report them. The clinic joins the accusation due to numerous untruths about the clinic and its employees, insulting and degrading qualifications, exerting pressure and racketeering extortion.
“As we have already informed, on several occasions the DokazM portal published information based on the pre-investigation procedure in which it announced the measures against the Zhan Mitrev clinic. DokazM, in a text published on 15.11.2022, predicted the measure of account blocking and a ban on the sale of shares, which the PPO made three days after the announcement, not the text of 18.11.2022.
