The “My Insurance” system works for all insured persons in the entire country, and due to technical adjustments, it will be fully operational by the end of the day, the Health Insurance Fund (HIF) informed on Monday.
“Up to this point, the ‘My Term’ app has downloaded the data as of today’s date, February 20, 2023. All paid contributions from all bonds are recorded in ‘My Term’. This means that all health workers and pharmacies have the opportunity to check their insurance status”, the HIF said.
The HIF informs that they are actively working on the system for payment of salaries, maternity leaves and other reimbursements. The fund expects the rest of the systems to be restored during the day.
