The Government has adopted a Decision that determines the obligations of traders who are registered for trading, as well as traders who are legal and natural persons registered for production, who sell their products on the market in their own stores or to other traders on wholesale and retail with food products, to have an obligation for daily purchase and sale of at least 80 percent of white and semi-white bread (whether it is sliced or not).
Traders, legal and natural persons registered for production, have the obligation to produce and market white or semi-white bread, in an amount of at least 80 percent of the production of this bread in the month of December, 2022.
