A person close to Grubi “snatched” a hotel on Popova Shapka for the price of a studio apartment, said VMRO-DPMNE in a press release on Friday.
“Before the Government signed an agreement with a construction company to continue the work on the Skopje – Blace highway, it sold the 278m2 hotel it owns on Popova Shapka to a company close to Grubi. The price at which the company close to Grubi buys the hotel is only 55,000 euros, when you calculate the price for which a square meter was bought, you’d get a sum of 200 euros. How is it possible that all the deals that are connected with people around Grubi are made 20 or 30 times below the price,” the largest opposition party pointed out in its press release.
