The Union of High School Students of the Republic of North Macedonia (SSRSM) will present to the Parliament on Monday a proposal for amendments and additions to the Law on Secondary Education, with which it requests that free transportation be valid for secondary school students from private schools and for students with disabilities from public schools.

Today, the union promoted a video with a survey of students from private schools who do not have the right to free transportation and consider that they are discriminated against, pointing out that their parents are also taxpayers of the country, and there are also students who study privately with a scholarship. In the survey, they point out that they need transportation to and from school, as well as for extracurricular activities, just like students from public secondary schools.
