Macedonian Foreign Minister Bujar Osmani was the target of an attack during his visit to Moldova in his capacity as chairman of the OSCE, according to Moldovan media, the Albanian-language news agency Zhurnal.mk reported.
According to Realitatea news website, an attack was planned on the OSCE Mission in Bender, and the explosion was supposed to happen a month ago, on February 14, when OSCE chair Bujar Osmani was visiting this region.
Realitatea reported that the official Tiraspol, which is the capital of Transnistria – a region that broke away from Moldova, accused the Security Service of Ukraine of planning the attack. As this information portal writes, it was planned to carry out the attack with a car, in which an explosive was placed. According to the authorities, the car should have been parked near the Bender Castle.
