The Ohrid Prosecutor’s Office presented the material evidence, including a video recording as evidence, which shows three people assaulting Hristijan Pendikov on the evening of January 19 in the center of Ohrid.
“On the presented video recording, a male person who looks like the accused Ilija Spaseski is seen standing in front of a person who looks like the victim Hristijan Pendikov. The person who looks like Spaseski waves his right hand at the height of his face. The same person gives him another blow in the back area near the neck,” explained the prosecutor.
