According to the political analyst Aleksandar Krzhalovski, VMRO-DPMNE has made an excellent move with the proposal for the implementation of the Croatian Constitution model. As he told Sitel TV, this is an excellent move by VMRO-DPMNE to turn the discussion from pressure towards them that they don’t want constitutional amendments with a shocking counterattack that kills three birds with one stone, while SDSM is caught off guard and can’t offer any answers.
“With this the ball is in the Government’s court. SDSM are on the defense and are shocked by the proposal. This just shows the ease with which they make proposals, on this issue and on the name change before, apparently without reading the material,” Krzhalovski said.
The political analyst added that ‘now it turns out to be different because either they did not read it or did not understand the details, because VMRO-DPMNE caught them off guard’.
