The Ministry of Economy will co-finance citizens with 70 million euros for the purchase and installation of photovoltaic power plants, solar thermal collectors and PVC and aluminum windows, the Macedonian Minister of Economy Kreshnik Bekteshi informed on Thursday.
“The state will cover 50% of the investment, but no more than MKD 20,000 for PVC and aluminum windows. This measure covers 1,200 households. For solar thermal collector systems, it will cover 30% of the investment, but not more than MKD 15,000. This measure will cover over 1,000 households. Four hundred households will receive 30% each, but no more than MKD 80,000, from the investment for a photovoltaic power plant up to 6 kilowatts on the roof,” informed the minister.
