The Mayor of Kisela Voda Municipality, Orce Gjorgjievski, at a press conference on Thursday promoted the digitization project, titled “With digitization to efficient administration”.

Through its implementation, Kisela Voda is the first municipality in Macedonia and the Balkans to provide electronic services for its citizens. If until now, citizens had to wait several months to get an extract from an urban plan, now, with the new electronic platform, they will have the document at their e-mail address in 72 hours, without having to come to the municipality at all. This increases the availability of services, saves time and financial resources, and completely reduces the possibility of corruption.
