The Public Prosecutor’s Office submitted an indictment to the Tetovo Basic Court against the anesthesiologist from the Tetovo hospital that recorded and broadcast patients and medical staff on the social network Tik Tok. He is accused of criminal acts – malpractice in the service from Article 353-c paragraph 2 in connection with paragraph 1, as well as unauthorized recording according to Article 152 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code.
“Evidence was collected that supports the well-founded suspicion that the accused, an anesthesiologist employed at the PHI Clinical Hospital in Tetovo, on April 14, made an unauthorized recording of patients and employees and published it live on a social network, thus acting obviously negligently in the exercise of his powers and duties and more seriously violated their rights,” the PPO informed.
