Working in Croatia at tourist spots during the summer months has become attractive for young people from the country. Only on Sunday, 13 buses full of people aged 18 to 30 left for work along the Croatian coast, reports Sloboden Pechat daily.

Waiters, receptionists, line cooks, but also maids and hygienists are only part of the jobs that are filled with Macedonian citizens. Salaries range from 800 euros for maids to 2,000 for cooks. For chefs’ assistants, salaries are lower and they range up to 1,200 euros per month. The agencies say that the most massive departure is from the cities in the central and eastern part of N. Macedonia.
