There is a possibility that Albania and North Macedonia will be decoupled in the negotiation process with the European Union, because North Macedonia has certain conditions, without the fulfillment of which it will not be able to enter and continue on its European integration path, stated the Croatian President Zoran Milanović during his official visit to Bulgaria, at the invitation of President Rumen Radev.
“Now we have reached the point that the RNM, if it does not make these constitutional changes to which it has committed itself, will have to wait for a time when it does so. It is a condition that exists, and which the EU has accepted. North Macedonia signed this condition and must fulfill it”, stated the Croatian president during his visit to Sofia.
