Another piece of evidence proposed by the Ohrid Prosecutor’s Office against the accused Ilija Spasevski was submitted to the court, in the case of the assault against Hristijan Pendikov. Because of that, the defendants’ lawyers asked for a postponement of the hearing in order to study this evidence. But Judge Bojan Martinoski did not allow it.
Because of that, the defendant’s lawyers left the courtroom, and the trial could not continue without them, so it was postponed to July 12.
