So far, I have not heard an argument with which they can convince me that what I am saying is stubbornness, stubbornness and that in this way I can, practically, I can say, change the attitude of any Government, whether German or American, related to the orientation of Macedonia, says the leader of VMRO-DPMNE Hristijan Mickoski.
The opposition leader says that in the meetings he had with representatives of the international community, where constitutional amendments were discussed, he did not receive an argument that his position and that of VMRO-DPMNE is a position of defiance. This is what Mickoski said in Alsat TV’s “360 Degrees” show, when asked how he understood the messages from the German Special Envoy for the Western Balkans, Manuel Sarrazin, and the US Senator Chris Murphy that the failure to vote on the constitutional amendments would raise the question of the true commitment of the country on the European road.
