The survey published on Tuesday by the US left-wing National Democratic Institute (NDI) shows a continuous growth of voter support for the opposition VMRO-DPMNE, i.e. the right, and a continued decline in citizens’ trust in the ruling left-wing parties SDSM and DUI.
“The NDI survey conducted in April shows that VMRO-DPMNE is supported by 21.5 percent of the respondents, as opposed to the 17 percent support enjoyed by the party in the same Institute’s survey a month earlier – in March. At the same time, the two main parties in the coalition government – SDSM and DUI in April had a stagnation of trust among the voters, namely the social democrats then had a rating of 13.9 percent compared to 12 percent in March.
Following the data from the polls presented by the NDI, thus indicate a projection of 4 percent growth on an almost monthly level of the rating of VMRO-DPMNE in relation to the ruling parties, with a tendency of further increase.
