The trial of the bus accident near Laskarci, in which 16 people died and around 30 were injured, continued today with the examination of expert witness Jakup Mamuti, part of the team that prepared the traffic expert report, in the Basic Criminal Court – Skopje.
In addition to Mamuti, the team of experts who prepared the traffic super-expertise also includes experts Ljupcho Postolov and Nevzat Zeqiri.
The super expert report ordered by the Court in December 2021 was rejected by the faculties of the state, with the explanation that their experts had already participated in the previous expert opinion, or were not competent for the same. The report arrived to the Criminal Court last December.
