Business entities engaged in construction last year performed construction works worth 30,768,214 thousand denars, of which 14,662,217 thousand denars are for individually owned buildings, the State Statistics Office announced today.
During 2022, a total of 2,519 buildings were built, and 3,844 apartments with a total area of 257,085 square meters were completed, of which 3,714 are individually owned.
The data on completed construction works and completed apartments in housing facilities built under individual supervision show that during the last year a total of 2,145 buildings were built and a total of 2,457 apartments were completed with a total area of 304,916 square meters, of which 102 are apartments in weekend houses with a total area of 7,981 square meters.
