For years, VMRO-DPMNE has been sounding the alarm about the partisanship that exercises the power of SDS and DUI in the judiciary. The Judicial Council, the courts, the Prosecutor’s Offices have metastasized, MP of the VMRO-DPMNE MP group Dafina Stojanoska said Tuesday.
“We pointed out that putting party activists and officials at the head of the Judicial Council is a practice that will hit the government in the head. We were ignored, because apparently their plan was to completely partisan the judiciary. Now, after our international partners also raised the alarm about the situation in the judiciary, the government does not know how to get out of the situation it got itself into. We also see this partisanship in the PPO, where the head of the prosecution of organized crime is Islam Abazi, a man who the entire public could see was in frequent company with people from the top of the DUI, even though before the photos came out they claimed that they did not know him,” said Stojanoska.
