The Ministry of Justice reviewed the Initiative to amend Article 9 of the Law on the Management of the Movement of Cases submitted by the Judicial Media Council.
At today’s meeting of the Minister of Justice Krenar Lloga with the representatives of the Judicial Media Council, Vasko Magleshov, Emilija Shopar and Sanije Duraku, it was agreed that the changes will be included in the Strategy for the Development of the Justice System 2023-2027.
With the amendments to the law, it will be possible to publicly publish first-degree invalid judgments on the court’s website with a special measure: Public access to first-instance invalid rulings with amendments to the Law on managing the movement of cases in courts.
