The German Chancellor repeated the guarantees that are already included in the Negotiating Framework and there can be no other conditions in it. EU did what was supposed to do, I believe we will do our part and then resume with the process of opening chapters and the reforms, Macedonian Prime Minister Dimitar Kovachevski said on Thursday.
“The second intergovernmental conference will be held without any additional decision after the implementation of the constitutional amendments and the German chancellor repeated those guarantees that are already in the negotiation framework. There can be no other conditions in the negotiation framework. The EU did what it had to do, and what we have to do, I believe we will do,” PM Kovachevski said at a press briefing. He added that there are no such additional conditions in the negotiating framework.
