In relation to the Proposal for the Law on Solidarity Tax, the Economic Chamber of North Macedonia continuously indicates that the adoption of such a legal solution for the past fiscal year (specifically for 2022) creates uncertainty among existing and potential investors, especially if there are given that legal certainty is one of the top priorities for which we advocate as representatives of the interests of the business community in the country.
The Economic Chamber, which represents companies that generate half of the total income in the private sector, companies that generate almost half of the net profit in the private sector and companies that employ more than a third of the employees in the private sector, has comments on the bill.
