The BESA movement demands that the president of the Administrative Court, BurimSejdini, immediately resign from his position, answer for his illegal actions and say who he protected and for whom he abused his position. The accusations against him are so serious that they prove exactly all the reasons why citizens do not trust the courts. If the employees of the Administrative Court are right that the ACCMIS system was abused, it means that the cases in which citizens and businessmen sought justice were left in the hands of judges who knew who they should protect and whom they should harm,” BESA said.
BESA also states that it should not be forgotten that the president of the court was also paid by the Football Federation for a period and that, despite this information, Sejdini did not leave the judicial position but was re-elected.
