From today, tolls in N. Macedonia and Serbia can be paid through a common toll collection system. Citizens who have a TAG device will be able to pay tolls in Serbia with it and vice versa. This means that passengers will not have to stop at toll booths to pay, but will be charged through the device in both countries.
As the Prime Ministers of Macedonia and Serbia, Dimitar Kovachevski and Ana Brnabić, said Sunday, this system, which is part of the Open Balkans projects, will enable unimpeded movement through the territories of both countries.
