The Ministers of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management and of Labor and Social Policy LjupchoNikolovski and JovankaTrenchevska launched the “Healthy Meal for Every Child” campaign today. Each child in preschool will receive one kilogram of Macedonian fruit, apricots, peaches, plums, pears and first-class apples once a week.
“Since this morning, the first shipments of home-made Macedonian fruit have already arrived in all kindergartens in the country. For each child, one kilogram of apricots, peaches, plums, pears and apples of the first class, under strict monitoring of DIZ and AHV. Until December, they will be distributed once a week to all kindergartens, for all 38,000 children. Today we distributed 150 kilograms of apricots to 150 children in the “Panorama” branch of the KochoRacin kindergarten. Each child received one kilogram of fresh produce,” Minister Nikolovski told the media.
