Inflation continues to decline in July 2023 as State Statistical Office official data show, according to which it stands at 8.4 percent.
According to the SSO data, the cost of living in July this year increased by one percent compared to June, and retail prices by 1.6 percent.
An increase in the cost of living was observed in fresh and chilled fruit by 12.6 percent, bread and cereals by 3.8 percent, cheese and cottage cheese by 1.8 percent, fish and seafood, milk by 0.9 percent, sugar, jam, honey, chocolate and confectionery products by 0.5 percent, etc.
Growth was also seen in air passenger transport, electricity, accommodation services, domestic and household services, household liquid fuels, hair salons and beauty centers.
