Friday night on the Tetovo square on the occasion of the visit of Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, the host Tetovo Mayor Bilal Kasami organized a big event. In Tetovo, as in Chair before, there was not a single Macedonian flag, and the events took place only in the Albanian language, without translation into Macedonian for the journalists from the Macedonian news outlets. In Tetovo, a flag with a map of “Greater Albania” was also unfurled, and this photo was published on the official Facebook account of Mayor Kasami.
In addition to Kasami and Murti, Ixhet Mexhiti, founder of a new political party of the Albanians in Macedonia, and Afrim Gashi, the leader of Alternativa, were in the forefront of the meeting in Tetovo.
The organizer of the event was the Municipality of Tetovo.
On the flag with the map of “Greater Albania” are the figures of Isa Boletini and Ismail Xhemaili.
