Remains of the Shtip resident that drowned in Dojran found – most likely the pedal boat he was on overturned

The man who drowned around 11:30 a.m. in the waters of the Dojran Lake, right in front of the City Beach, was a 42-year-old resident of Shtip.
This is initial information from the Ministry of the Interior, from where they inform that today around 11:30 a.m. it was reported to the Strumica police that in Dojran a person fell from a pedal boat into the lake and drowned, and the public prosecutor was notified of the incident.
According to the information from the Crisis Management Center (CMC), the incident happened when the person was placed on a pedal boat that probably overturned, and the person did not know how to swim, and for now there is no information about whether he was wearing a safety vest.
