Commenting on the United States ambassador Angela Aggeler’s statement, that the citizens should let the politicians know that they want to be part of the EU, the leader of VMRO-DPMNE, HristianMickoski, said that he “absolutely agrees with the ambassador’s statement” and because “Citizens are sovereign in this country and they need to say in the elections that would happen soon – Yes to the EU, but also to choose the solution as to how to get to that Yes in the EU”.
“VMRO-DPMNE has its own solution, we said it publicly, SDSM has its own solution, I assume that other political parties will come to those elections with their own solution. The citizens of those elections will vote and express their position as soon as possible, because each day means another day wasted for Macedonia,” said Mickoski.
