Macedonian taekwondo athlete Milijana Reljikj wins silver at the world-class G1 Open

Macedonian taekwondo athlete MilijanaReljikj scored new points in the battle to secure an Olympic norm for the 2024 Games in Paris after a remarkable performance in Tallinn at the world-class G1 tournament.

Reljikj won the silver medal with the effect of three wins and one loss.

In the opening two rounds, the Macedonian taekwondo athlete was more successful than VilhelminaHeinonenfrom Finland (2-0 in rounds) and the German Laura Geber (2-1), and in the semi-finals she triumphed over Karoline Gjelsvik from Norway with 2-0.

In the final fight, Reljikj was defeated by the Brazilian Caroline Santos with 2-0.

This is the fourth medal for Reljikjthis year at the strongest G tournaments of the world class and new points for the Olympic ranking list.
