A bus caught fire about three kilometers before the locality known as Strazha, The bus was moving on the regular Skopje – Ohrid line, there are no reports of injured passengers.
A passenger tells about the horror she experienced Friday while traveling on the bus that caught fire at the Strazha crossing:
“An alarm sounded in this bus for 5 minutes, the driver didn’t stop, the back door didn’t open, half of our personal things were left inside, we couldn’t get them out, because after 1 minute from the time we got out, the whole bus caught fire… Horrible… this bus had not been repaired technically, God knows since when. DISASTER… They didn’t even send another bus to pick us up in the middle of the road, we were stuck there”, said the passenger.
